How much does it cost to hire you?

This depends on your circumstances. Our goal is to provide high quality legal services and provide true value to all of our clients. We handle cases based on the unique circumstances of each case and have fee structures based on flat fees, hourly rates, contingency fees, pro bono publico bases and “hybrid” arrangements involving a mix of fee structures. Again, our goal is to provide true value to our clients and this depends on individual cases.

What if I have a legal emergency?

Call or text us at 406-539-3847. Please Put “EMERGENCY” in the line of any text. While we cannot guarantee a response, we will attempt to respond as soon as we see this.

Yes. Particularly if you have a disability, cannot drive, or have other circumstances that make it difficult for you to get to our office for an in person meeting.
